Good thing we warned Jer we are a package deal! :)

Gotta hit up the dunes when you get back to Utah!

This is the one thing Hawaii didn't have, I will admit I missed this!

I thought I should let all of you know that I am still alive and kicking! Just to catch you all up I am back in Cedar City Utah completing my last semester of pre-requistes for Nursing. I have also started applying to some nursing programs and am waiting to hear back! So we will see.. I hate that my fate of where I will be this fall is not in my own hands... its a werd feeling. But thats part of the excitment of life right? Ha, other than that I don't have too much going on... Just working back at my old office Premier Pediatrics which I am so happy about! I love it here!

Free Falling!!!!!

Growing up I was always a daddy's girl. I wanted to be just like my papa Don. Which is why he couldn't give me too much grief when I told him I was moving to Hawaii for 4 months since he did the same thing! So to take his example a bit farther I decided to "fall in his footsteps" my latest endeavor.......
SKYDIVING!Best thing I ever did! Everybody should go! I wasn't nearly as scared as I thought I'd be. It was AMAZING!!!!

I am officially the WORST blogger ever! But as I have said before I blame it all on the beaches and beauty of Hawaii! It has been the most amazing thing of my life! I am in LOVE with this island! This has been the best choice ever to come out here. I definitely miss my family and everybody at home but Oh my gosh I love this island! I am going to miss it SO much!
For the most part we have just been playing outsidedoing all sorts of stuff like hiking waterfalls....
Going to the surf competitions......Watching amazing sunsets....Riding all over the island on scooters!...

I have so much more to write and tell about but my bed is calling to me after a long day! I will definitely write more soon! Love you all and I'll see you soon!

Aloha!

I am so sorry I haven't posted! I guess all I can use as an excuse is this picture....
It is safe to say that I would rather look at this than my computer...believe it or not! This is my beach! I am lucky enough to say that this is about a 5 minute walk from my house. I have been here for about a month (can't believe its been that long by the way!) and out of those 36 days I have been to the beach 33 days! Ha. It is really hard to go a day without it. So basically we got here at about 10 pm Hawaii time after leaving Salt Lake about 5 in the morning. Long long day. We had a 8 hour layover in L.A. and we were already super tired. So we had our handy dandy Grey's Anatomy with us luckily and the lap top to watch it on! We were well prepared. We found a "cubby" if you will and stayed there practically the whole time....

But that flight and 8 hour layover was well worth it! Our awesome landlord came and picked us up and we made it home at about 10 that night. We got just enough unpacked to go straight to bed! Our house is pretty cute and we love the neighborhood and all of that. Needless to say the ocean. Its amazing! Anyone who needs a vacation please come out here and visit! Open invite. Its amazing.

So we promised ourselves that the first thing we would do is find a job. So, we decided to be grown ups and took the whole next day to look for jobs.... which actually turned into a 3 week long job search. It was ridiculous! There are NO jobs in the little town of Laie that I live in. So we finally looked outside of the town and after a month of being here I got my first paycheck! Which was very needed but sadly my first day was the last day of the pay period. but every little bit counts!

We finally made it to do the things we really want to instead of looking for dang jobs! So we laid out at the beach practically all day and got fried! Which was expected and I guess its all part of the experience right? Then later that day we wanted to go on a hike so this (on the right) is us at Wiamea Falls.... It was such a great day. We loved it.

So one of the best parts of Hawaii for us is that we nanny for our landlord. We get to watch the cutest kids ever! Tavita is 4 Malia is 2 and Shaylee is 5 months. They are the best kids ever and are adorable! I am going to take some better pictures of them and will post them soon for you guys to all be jealous :)

Love and miss you all like crazy! I promise I will be better at updating this in the future :)
Love always Danielle Sue!

Really?

About 6 months ago my amazing friends Kamry and Rachele and I made a pact that none of us would back out on Hawaii... Although we later talked about the more than likely situation that something would fall through and it wouldn't happen. I had my money that I was going to loose both of them to 2 young missionary's they had both been patiently waiting for but lucky for me it worked out to my advantage...

Is this happening, REALLY? I officially have 3 weeks until I will be sitting on my new and improved territory on the islands.... I can't even tell you how excited I am!
However, I have to sit back and admit how ironically sad I am to leave Cedar City Utah. Really? Am I honestly feeling sad when I moving onto much warmer and brighter things? :)
As a sophomore in high school, if you would have asked me where I would be in 5 years I would have had no clue, but I can assure you I was not thinking I would be leaving my home of 2 1/2 years in Cedar City Utah and taking off to the Islands... Really is this happening?
I feel like I am moving away from where I have grown up. And in a way that is a very true statement. I have done more growing up here in Cedar City than I did in my entire 17+ years in Sandy Utah. The times and lessons I have had here are completely priceless and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I will always remember a huge chunk of my heart left here in the Southern Utah (Now if thats not the cheesiest thing I have ever said)

I have had the most wonderful opportunity to work here as a Medical Assistant in a pediatric clinic that I have absolutely fallen in love with. I might already have this story on here but... I will never forget when I had my interview and they told me I was hired on the spot and Dr. Dowse (the owner/head physician) said "Welcome to our family!" I remember thinking really? They think of their office as family? How neat was that to hear as a 17 year old who had graduated early and left her family behind. Now it makes so much sense to me, they are my "Premier" family there and it is so much more than a job to me. I appreciate so much all I have learned there and how much fun I have had. Thanks so much for the knowledge and especially the laughs guys :)

I will write more about me leaving Cedar but more importantly my upcoming adventure of Hawaii!!!! Thanks for everybody that has helped make it happen :)
But once again.... is this happening, REALLY?!
